Mt. Olive- Mrs. Ethel Carmichael, 76, transitioned to her heavenly home on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, NC.
Born in Duplin Co., she is the daughter of the late John Richard and Elizabeth Henderson Oates.
Her love, legacy and smile will forever be cherished by her daughter, Danielle Daniels of Mt. Olive; sons, Joseph Oates of Texas, Tyrone Oates and Henry Oates of Goldsboro; two brothers, Thomas Oates of Dudley and Orlando Oates of New Haven, CT., one sister, Maggie Pearl Godette of Havelock; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatves and friends.
Along with her parents, she has been reunited with her siblings, Minnie, Frances, Richard and Albert..
