 Born in Edgecombe County, he is the son of the late Nathaniel and Bessie Faircloth Robinson and husband of the late Mary Helen Budd.

His love and legacy will forever be cherished by his siblings, Ennis Robinson of Mt. Olive, Nathaniel (Carolyn) Robinson of Tacoma, WA and Celestine (Weldon) Curtis of Philadelphia, PA'; one aunt, Betty Faircloth of Mt. Olive; brother-in-law, Theodore (Brenda) Owens of Mt. Olive; loving nieces, nephews, Godchildren and other relatives and friends.
