Warsaw - Mrs. Annie Lee Frederick, 91 of 158 Gaston St. transitioned Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

She was born in Sampson County on August 22, 1927 to Livie and Francis Artis Smith.

Loving memories will forever be cherished by her daughter, Jeannette Cofield (Charlie) of Warsaw; four grandchildren, several great grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
