Faison - Deacon John Freeman, 93 went from labor to reward Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Genesis Health Care, Mt. Olive.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Mrs. Rosa Freeman.

Homegoing service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Turkey, NC.  Pastor Wendell Newton will be officiating.  Burial will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017, at  12 noon at the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC.
 

A time of viewing/reflection will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home.  The family will be present 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
