Angel, Baby Girl Rosaline Francin, has been reunited with her mother. She was born on August 20, 2019 at Wayne UNC Health Care and transitioned on Tuesday August 27, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center. Greenville. She is also her daddy's, Oriole Joseph.'s little angel.
