Faison - Mr. Joe Best, 80 of 117 Hicks Lane transitioned Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Wayne UNC Health Care.

He is the son of the late Harrison Best and Causie Jane Bell Best and was born on March 4, 1939 in Duplin County.

Cherished memories will linger in the hearts of his siblings, Linda Best, Jahnnie Best, Katie Best, Jimmie Best, Ervin Best (Barbara) and Pastor Swindell Best (Paula) all of Warsaw, Mary Best Wicks and Willie James Best of Washington, DC and Diane Garris (Robert) of Dudley; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
