Joyce (Waters) Faison

Faison - Mrs. Joyce W. Fasion,  81 of 11551 Faison Hwy. transitioned Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Born in Sampson Co., she is the daughter of the late Willard Waters and Ellen Smith Waters.

She leaves to cherish her love and legacy to her husband, Mondrick " Little Bud" Faison of the home;  one daughter, Priscilla Faison of Faison; son, Freeman Faison Jr. of Wilson; two grandsons, Theodore Bullock II and Kendric Faison both of Faison; great-granddaughter, Destiny Bullock of Mt. Olive; great-grandson, Christopher Blue of Mt. Olive; six sisters, Melinda Waters, Laura Waters, Loretta Waters and Sarah Barfield (Jeff) of Snow Hill, Annie Waters of Farmville and Pearlie Waters of Washington, DC; six brothers, Jessie Waters, Wesley Waters, Billie Waters, Ivey Waters, Willie Waters and Ronnie Waters all of Snow Hill and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she has been reunited with her son, Michael Faison and siblings, Mary E. Boomer, Wayne Waters and Rosemary Barnes.
