Mt. Olive - Ms. Mary Elizabeth Faison, 87 of 305 W. Kornegay St. transitioned Thursday, May 2, 2019 at her home.
"Mae" is the daughter of the late Margaret Faison Lofton and John Manley.
Her love and legacy will be cherished by her children, Elaine (James) Speight of Wilson, Betty Jean Faison of Raleigh and Michael Earl Faison of the home; three brothers, Arthur(Cherine) Lofton III of Philadelphia, Arthur (Elaine) Lofton Jr. of Kinston and Norman Lofton of Boston, Mass.; one sister, Lucille McCullen of Mt. Olive; one uncle, Garland (Joyce) Faison of Mt. Olive; 14 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 30 great-great grandchildren and two great-great-great granddaughters and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she has been reunited with her son, Lamont Faison, grandson, Brandon Teachey and six siblings.
