Kenansville  - Mr. William Thomas, 71 of 147 William Faison Rd.,transitioned Thursday, August 31, 2017 at his home.

He is the son of the late Arthur and Annie James Thomas and was born in Duplin County on December 23, 1945.

He enjoyed cooking, tv, his family and his Harley.

His leaves to cherish his love and legacy to his wife, Ima S. Thomas of the home;  two sons, Bradley (Rachel) Smith of Wilsonville, OR, and William Windley of Kenansville ; daughter, Lynda Smith of Warsaw; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren, two sisters, Judy Thomas of Kenansville and Janice Dixon of Fayetteville. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sister and brothers -in-law and friends.
