Mr. Alvin Gay Smith was born in Wayne County on September 30, 1929. He departed this life on April 6, 2005 at 7:28 PM at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He joined the Bethany FWB Church. He was a former member of the Bethany Senior Choir.
