Billie Carol Raynor Williams was born on October 11, 1951 to the late Morise and Dorothy Raynor in Mount Olive, North Carolina.  The Lord called her home to rest on July 21, 2023.

Billie Carol was a 1970 graduate of Carver High School in Mount Olive North Carolina.  She was a long-time employee of Georgia-Pacific in Dudley, North Carolina, and a long-time employee of Excel-Linde in Goldsboro, North Carolina.  She was a faithful employee until she became visually impaired.

Billie Carol was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Marie Marshburn of Mount Olive, North Carolina; paternal grandfather, Walter McKinney of Durham, North Carolina; parents, Morise and Dorothy Mae Raynor of Mount Olive, North Carolina; her faithful dog, “Sparkie”.
 
Billie Carol leaves to cherish her memories, her sister, Katrina   Raynor Smith of Dudley, North Carolina; two nephews, Gregory Donnell Smith of Clinton, North Carolina and Marcus Dewayne Smith (Katina) of Pikeville, North Carolina; three great-great-nephews, Tariq Smith of Pensacola, Florida, Donnquell Smith of Dudley, North Carolina and Keshawn Smith of Fremont, North Carolina; numerous other relatives and friends.
