Mt. Olive - Mrs. Blanche Christine Rodgers, 91 boarded the gospel ship Friday, January 5, 2023 at Brian Center Health & Rehab.
She was born in Wayne County to the late David Raynor and Lillie Bellamy Raynor on November 15, 1932.
Cherished and loving memories will linger in the hearts of her children, Lynn Marshall, Sedrick Marshall and Lydia Marshall; eight grandchildren, four greatgrandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; six sisters, Edna Raynor, Wilma Jackson, Annie Robinson, Hilda Canady, Dorothy Alexander and Sophia Moore and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she has been reunited with her husband, Reginald Marshall and Lee Rodgers whom she married after Mr. Marshall's transition and siblings, Helen Boyette, Ruth Monroe and Edward Raynor.
Her love for attending church, fishing, cooking for family and cherished holidays with family will be greatly missed.
