Mt. Olive - Mr. Caesar Marshall, 77 of 519 E. Hillsboro St. peacefully transitioned from this life Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his home.
Born in Wayne County, he is the son of the late Charlie and Essie Marshall Herring.
After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He also worked as a Truck Driver and in Security.
Cherished and loving memories will linger in the hearts of his wife, Debra Marshall of the home' three children, Tameika Marshall Leonard (Wesley) of Mt. Olive, Caesar Romeo Marshall of New Jersey, and Ephroditus Marshall of Mt Olive; four grandchildren; two brothers-in- law, David Fisher and Gary Fisher (Cassandra); two sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Wallace and Celeste Fisher. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Caesar's humorous demeanor and witty come backs will be greatly missed!
A memorial and celebration of his life will be held Sunday, April 4th, 2021 at 3pm via zoom. Meeting ID: 284 762 1835 and Password: Kingdom. Because it was Mr. Marshall's request to be cremated, his cremains will be scattered over the ocean in New Jersey via helicopter.
