Deborah Dorisa (Blue) Carter

Faison - Ms. Deborah Dorisa Carter, 64 transitioned from her earthly home to eternal rest Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Wayne UNC Hospital.

Born in Wayne Co., she is the daughter of Robert Davis Blue and Dorothy Marie Daughtry.

In addition to her parents, Deborah leaves to cherish her sweet memories to her husband, Gary Carter ; four brothers, Pontha Daughtry (Sharon) of Faison, Robert F. Blue of Garner, Regional Blue of Pittsboro and Ira Blue (Tanya) of Myrtle Beach, SC; three step-children, Jameel, Tanya, Gianni Carter and their children; three aunts, Arlene B. Daughtry of Clinton, Gracie B. Daughtry of Faison and Barbara Watts-Scott (Albert) of Upper Marlboro, MD; one god-daughter, Videisha Royal and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Deborah has been reunited with her sister, Peggy D. Daughtry.
