Delphine Hunter

Delphine "Dixie" Hunter passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, seven days after her 84th birthday on February 17th in Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware after a courageous battle for over six weeks.

Left to cherish her memories:  her son, William "Willie" Hunter; her sisters, Lonnie Miller Davis, Katherine Miller and Ruby Darbg (husband, Franza); her aunt, Winnie George; her brothers-in-law, Ralph Hunter and James Hunter (wife, Darlene); her sister-in-law, Kathryn Miller; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Dixie will be funeralized on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in Wilmington, Delaware at Congo Funeral Home- North Chapel and will be laid to rest at Rolling Green Memorial Park in West Chester, PA.

Congo Funeral Home of Wilmington, DE is handling the service.
