Dennis Lee Brewington

Georgia - Elder Dennis L. Brewington, 58 formally of Wayne Co., departed this earthly life Saturday, May 6, 2023 at his home.

He is the son of the late Eugene and Elizabeth Cole Brewington and was born on July 6, 1964.

Elder Brewington's career at Cooper-Standard Automotive began in Goldsboro, North Carolina in 1988 where he held several technical positions including process engineer, chief industrial engineer and manufacturing manager. He was promoted to factory manager when he was transferred to the Griffin plant in 1995 located in McDonough, Georgia.  His last promotion obtained was plant manager at the Griffin Plant of Cooper-Standard Automotive.  Not only did he give his all in his career, he was diligent in working in the Kingdom of God.

Cherished and loving memories will linger in the hearts of his wife, Dr. Beverlee Bass Brewington together for 39 years; his beloved children, Christopher Brandon Brewington (Jessica) and Jasmine Danielle Brewington of Georgia; grandpuppy, Channing Brewington; siblings, Linda Brewington and Evelyn Burgess of Raleigh, Cheryl Brewington and Angela Atkinson of Princeton; two aunts, Lossie Brewington of Greensboro and Earlene Bunn of Monroe; sisters and brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

In addition to his parents, he has been reunited with his brother, Demetrice Brewington.
