Donald Ray Ammons

Mt. Olive - Mr. Donald Ray Ammons, 70 of 104 Andrew's Circle finished his earthly race Friday, September 10, 2021 at his home.

"Jay" as he was affectionally called by family and friends was born January 24, 1951 to the late Rasper and Hettie Adell Robinson Ammons.

His love and legacy will be cherished by his wife, Vivian Vann Ammons of the home; three children, Nicholas Ammons (Capricia) of Garner, Dujan Ammons (Antoinette) of Mt. Olive and Jannea Ammons of Goldsboro; four grandchildren; eight siblings, Jessie Mae King of Kinston, Lillie B.  Ammons of Mt. Olive,  Audrey Jean  Ammons of New York, Jannette Evans (Ush) of Beulaville, Roberta Ammons, Earlene Robinson (Billy), Bobbi Ammons and Stanley Ammons of Mt. Olive.  A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he has been reunited with his siblings, John, Wesley, Annette and Ross.
