Mt. Olive - Mr. Earnest London, 84 entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro.
Born in Wayne Co., he is the son of Henrietta Nicholson and husband of the late Betty Jean London.
He was a dedicated employee at Cherry Hospital and retired with 30 years of service.
In addition to his mother, he leaves to cherish his love and legacy to his children, Lavern Raynor and Ernest "Pop" Raynor of Mt. Olive, Patricia Miller (Ivey) and Mary Herring (Larry) of Pikeville; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ernestine Nicholson and Annie Nicholson of Philadelphia, PA and Easter Nicholson Smith of Delaware; one brother, Jimmy Nicholson of South Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.
