Edith (Hall) Garrett

Wallace - Mrs. Edith Garrett, 104 placed her hands in the Master's Hand Sunday, May 12, 2024 at Dayspring of Wallace.

MA FANNIE, as she was affectionally called was born in Kenansville to her parents, the late Lewis Nick Hall Sr. and Katie Boney Hall.

She was a loving and dependable mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend until her death.  We thank God for His Grace and Mercy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Garrett; daughter, Bertha Deaver; grandson, James Anthony Deaver Sr. and siblings, Adele Parker, Nick Hall, Verline Burnett, William Hall, James Hall and Jeremiah Hall.

Her family will continue to cherish their many memories including, great grandson, James Anthony Deaver Jr.; great-great granddaughters (twins), Iliana Deaver and Imani Dever of New Bedford, Mass as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends,
