Edna Corena Shine

Seven Springs - Mrs. Edna C. Shine, 94 was called from time to eternity Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Wayne UNC Health Care.

Born in Sampson Co., she is the daughter of the late Wallace and Beadie Lane Shambley and wife of the late Edward Shine.

Mother Shine received her education in Duplin County School System and was a retired employee with Cates Pickle Plant now known as Bay Valley.

She was a member of Burning Bush Holiness Church where she served as an usher and on the mother board.

Cherished memories will linger in the hearts of her son, Connie Ray (Antanette) Shine; three grandchildren, LaToya (Bobby) Marlowe, Marcus Shine and Craig Barksdale; two great grandchildren, Kenyal Shine and Rashad Hill; four great-greatgrandchildren; Cameron Hill, Karter Hill, Jayden Hill and Sincere Braswell; one sister, Melinda Jacobs and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
