Elouise Artis Obituary

Mt. Olive - Mrs. Elouise Bowden Artis, 88 transitioned Friday, June 29, 2018 at Goldsboro Assisted Living in Goldsboro.

Born in Wayne Co., she is the daughter of the late Arthur Bowden Sr. and Martha Grantham Bowden.

Life Celebration Service will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 12 noon at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev.John Fuller Jr., presiding and Dr. Arnold B. Coley, eulogist.

Her love and legacy will be cherished by several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Janice Smith and special nephew, Rohn Bowden. A host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Cleo Bowden, 368 Bowden Rd. Mt. Olive.
