Emmitt Melvin III

Goldsboro - Mr. Emmitt Melvin III, 53 of 2108 Koonce St. entered into eternal rest Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at his home.

He  was born on January 16, 1967 to  Zelda Greenfield Melvin and Emmitt Ross Melvin Jr. in Washington, DC.

Emmitt leaves behind a host of relatives, friends and acquaintances to mourn and cherish his memory and life: his parents, Zelda Greenfield Melvin of Dudley and Emmitt Ross Melvin Jr. of Washington, DC; his daughter, Tiani Hinnant of Goldsboro; two very special children whom he helped raise, Latasha Best of Goldsboro and JaCobi Catlett of LaGrange,; his brother, Devonne Melvin; sister, Alison Jackson of Atlanta, GA; aunts, uncles, cousins and a special friend, Lillie Jones of LaGrange.
