Ethel Lee (Williams) Briley

Mt. Olive - Mrs. Ethel Briley, 95 eased from the labor of time into the joy of eternity Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at her home.

Born in Wayne Co., she is the daughter of the late David Sr. and Henrietta Highsmith Williams.

After moving back to North Carolina, she was very active in her church, Payne Temple AME Zion Church as well her community.  She was a strong supporter of Carver Alumni.  She was also an avid shopper and stylish dresser.

She leaves to cherish her love and legacy to her son, Renado Briley; sister, Cliffornia Pearsall and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
