Ethel Delores McCoy

Mt. Olive - Ms. Ethel Delores McCoy, 74 of 120 Hicks Ln. transitioned Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Genesis Health Care & Rehabilitation Center.

" Cissy" as she was lovingly called by family and friends was born in Wayne County to the late Allie Mae McCoy.

She leaves to cherish loving memories to her son that she loved as her own, Ricky McCoy ( Christy) of Mt. Olive; grandson, Ricky R. McCoy of Raleigh; three sisters, Bettie Goodman of Mt. Olive, Bernice Barksdale (Clarence) of Dudley and Betty Lanier (Joe) of Grantham. A host of nieces and nephews, including, Dorothy Barksdale Patricia Hill, Gretta McCoy, Shands McCoy, Antwain Darden, Tracy Goodman, James Goodman, Phyllis Goodman and Daran Goodman; three special friends, Brenda Ann Faison, Nelllie Gray Mathis, and Barbara Jean Armwood other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 116 Water Treatment Rd. Faison.
