Mt. Olive - Mr. Everett Brinson Jr., 60 left the cares of this world on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro. He was born on July 3, 1965, in Duplin County to the late Everett Henry Brinson, Sr. and Marie Faye Armwood Greenfield.
Everett graduated from North Duplin High School. He worked as a logger for many years. He loved playing spades and grilling hogs.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Napolean Greenfield.
He is survived by his children, Melanie Brinson and Dallas Sutton; four grandchildren; siblings, Ingrid Brinson, David Randolph and Sharetta Harder; aunts, Vivian Jones, Annette Armwood, Shirley Smith and Ruby Bass; uncle, Samuel Armwood, a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
