Born in Sumter, South Carolina on September 5, 1943, he is the son of the late Pinkney Robinson and Rovena Colclough Robinson.

Cherished memories will linger in the hearts of his wife, Miriam Robinson of the home; his children, Rayhne Colclough, Elaine Robinson and Crystal Bizzell; two grandchildren, Terry L. Glenn Jr. and Devin Lucas; siblings, Martha Moore, Ben Rivers, Robert Rivers and Leon Robinson; nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
