James Phillips Obituary

Woodbridge, VA - Mr. James Owen Phillips, 86 of Woodbridge, VA formally of Duplin Co., transitioned Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center.

Born in Duplin Co., he is the son of the late Abb Phillips and Minnie Hussey Phillips.

He leaves to cherish his love and legacy to his daughter, Ernestine "Ernie" Phillips-Buie (Reggie) of Dumfries, VA; two grandchildren, Ashli "Snuggles" Phillips-Nixon (Antwon) of Japan and Reginald "Crumbbaby" Buie of Italy; one great grandson, Antwon Darius "AJ" Nixon of Japan and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
