James C. Stringfield

Dudley - Mr. James C. Stringfield, 78 completed his lifetime on earth in peaceful slumber Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at Wayne UNC Health Care.

Born in Wayne Co., he is the son of the late Henry Stringfield and Eva Glaspie Stringfield.

He leaves to cherish loving memories to his wife, Jean Stringfield; three daughters, Jacquetta Stringfield, Jasonia Stringfield and Jeronda Stringfield; six grandchildren, Jeronda Angel Stringfield, Ja'Marria "Marri" Stringfield, Ja'Quez Stringfield-Bingham, Ja'Vell Stringfield - Bingham Tekoaria Thompson and JosLynn McNair; one great-grandson, Tyleif McNeill Jr.; six siblings, Ellen (Pete) Garner, Wilbert Stringfield, Beulah Reynolds, Dennis Stringfield, Benjamin "Tony" Stringfield and Doris Stringfield; godson, Rico Jackson; brother-in-law, Dino Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he has been reunited with siblings, Preston Stringfield, Morris Stringfield and Dorothy Stringfield.
