Kenansville - Mr. John Liston Rose, 76 of 466 Summerlins Crossroad Rd. completed his earthly journey Monday, October 5, 2020 at UNC Lenoir Health Care.
He was born in Duplin County on September 15, 1944 to his parents, the late Elijah and Sadie Matthews Rose.
Cherished memories will linger in the hearts of his family, wife, Peggie Rose of the home; children, Tracy Rose of Kenansville, Miranda Rose-Stewart ( Brandon) of Wallace and Felecia Rose of Wilmington; four grandchildren; six siblings, Christine McGowan of Kenansville, James Henry Rose (Queenie) of Pink Hill, Mary E. Kornegay (Raymond) of Albertson, Sandra Martin (George) of Pink Hill, Liston Garfield Rose (Addie) of Kenansville and Elijah Rose Jr. (Sharon) of Beulaville. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
