Mt. Olive - Mr. Keith Pigford, 60 transitioned Sunday, October 31, 2021 at his home
Born in Wayne Co., he is the son of the late King Solomon Pigford and Dicie Butler Pigford.
He was a 1979 graduate of Southern Wayne High School. Keith was known for his love of repairing cars. Because of this, he obtained an Associates Degree in Auto Mechanics and Business Administration. He also had many certifications in auto mechanics and was a certified welder.
Keith leaves to cherish loving memories to his siblings, Linda Pigford of the home, Gayle Pigford of Greensboro, Garry Pigford (Leatha) of Mt. Olive, Sharon Brown (William Alston) of Raleigh, Alfreda Scott (Ralph) of Goldsboro and Terry Pigford (Sharron) of Durham; one aunt, one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, he has been reunited with his brothers, Phillip W. Pigford and Neal Pigford.
Because the family is respectfully adhering to covid restrictions, funeral services will be private.
