Goldsboro - Deacon Lenzy R. Frederick, 86 answered the Master's call Monday, May 9, 2022 at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Born in Duplin Co., he is the son of the late Lemmie and Betty Armwood Frederick.
He was a member and served as deacon at Piney Green Freewill Baptist Church, Mt. Olive. He was also an avid fisherman and loved hunting.
He leaves to cherish his love and legacy to his wife, Julia Frederick of the home; four children, Elder Braxton Frederick (Debbie) of Warsaw, Troy Frederick (Ann) of Mt. Olive, Vickie Nickelson of Mt. Olive and Eldress Lori Collins (Pastor James) of Ayden; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; step-son, Adrian Cousins; three siblings, William Hicks Frederick (Betty) of Faison, Betty Lou McCullen (Harvey) of Mt. Olive and Alice Parker of Dudley. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he has been reunited with siblings, Margaret, Eva Mae, Abbie, June and James Thomas (Tom).
