Loretha (Hicks) Leach

Mrs. Loretha H. Leach, 79 transitioned to her heavenly home Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at PruittHealth in Durham.

"Reat" as she was affectionally called was born in Duplin County on March 13, 1942 to her parents, the late James and Mary Glaspie Hicks.

She leaves to cherish loving memories to her husband, Robert Leach; children, Teresa Hill and Valery Andrews (Edward) of Faison, Ricky Leach (Philre) of Wilmington and Kevin Leach (Shenita) of Newton Grove; four sisters, Margaret Hicks and Sally Leach (Douglas) of Faison and Verlesteen Hicks and Essie Pearl Hicks of Warsaw; 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, she has been reunited with her son, Glenn Leach.
