Louise (Smith) Broadie

Goldsboro - Mrs. Louise Smith Broadie, 74 ascended into the arms of Jesus Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Goldsboro Health & Rehabilitation Center.

She is the daughter of the late David Lee Smith and Lena Taylor Smith and was born in Wayne Co., on December 13, 1949.

She leaves to cherish loving memories to her daughter, Veronica Smith (Kevin Sr.); three grandchildren, Katrina Broadie, Kevin Smith Jr. and Kameron Smith; four great-grandchildren, Knowledge Broadie, Nijah McCullen, Niquan McCullen and Jakiria Taylor; two sisters, Rebecca S. Manley and Geneva King and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she has been reunited with her husband, Louis Howard Broadie Sr., son, Louis Jr.; brothers, Frank David Smith, Willie James Smith and Thomas Earl Smith and sister, Hettie Virginia McCullen.
