Born in Haiti, he is the son of Michel Cassion and Marionie Janbom Cassion.

He leaves to cherish loving memories to his wife Marie Cassion Francois; children, Junior Cassion, WillyMay Cassion, Djamila Noezil, Fernando Noezil and a host of other relatives and friends.
