Mondrick Lee Simmons

Warsaw - Mr. Mondrick L. Simmons, transitioned to his new home Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Warsaw Nursing & Rehab Center., Warsaw.

Born in Sampson County on September 11, 1957, Mondrick is the son of the late Geraldine Simmons.

He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at the age of 6 months.  Therefore, he never was able to walk or talk.  The family was told he would not live to be 12 years old.  But by the grace of God, he lived to be 65 years old.

Cherished and loved, he leaves precious memories to three sisters, Marilyn Simmons of Georgia, Regina Simmons Pender (Kurtis) and Tanya Moore of New York; a devoted aunt, Carolyn Tann of Faison; uncle, Linwood Simmons (Veronica) of New York; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
