Born in Haiti, she is the daughter of Joseph Pacile Alectus and Saintanise Alectus.

Funeral Service will be handled by Anthony Watkins Funeral Home, Jonesboro, GA and Garris Funeral Home was honored to service her Clinton, NC family locally.
