Goldsboro - Mrs. Rachel Eileen Meeks, 72 went from labor to reward on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at her home with her husband by her side.

Born in Sampson Co., she is the daughter of the late Jason Warren and Annie Hargrove Warren and wife of James Meeks.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by other relatives and friends.

There will be no formal service.
