Mt. Olive - Mr. Ronald McLean, 62 went from earth to eternity on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro.
"Coot," as he was affectionally called by family and friends is the son of Nerlene Willliams and the late Donnie McLean Jr. and was born in Wayne County on January 24, 1960. He received his education from the Wayne County School System and was a graduate of Southern Wayne High School, Dudley.
He leaves to cherish loving memories to his parents, Nerlene and Arthur Williams of Mt. Olive; one sister, Gail Faire (Michael) of Goldsboro; four brothers, Danny McLean (Debra) of Mt. Olive, Eugene McLean of New Jersey, Michael McLean and Darian McLean both of New York; sister-in-law, Gwendolyn Williams of Maryland; two uncles, Raphael McLean, Seattle, WA and J.C. McLean of Portland, OR; one aunt, Janice McLean Ide of Goldsboro; five nieces, two nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, including a special friend, Shon Battle of New York.
"Coot" has been reunited with his brother, Larry Williams.
