Syncere Edwards

Mt. Olive - Master Syncere Rasheed Edwards gained his wings Friday, February 4,2022 at his home.

Syncere, the son of Robert Thomas Edward Sr. and Tanisha Charday Faison was born in Wayne County on January 21, 2011.

"Dooda" as he was affectionally called by family and friends enjoyed playing his favorite video game, Fortnite or could be found watching his favorite tv show, The Flash.

His presence and love he shared with us is all too brief, but God blessed us with eleven beautiful years.  Those years will linger in the hearts of his parents, Robert Thomas Edwards Sr. and Tanisha Charday Faison; siblings, Brandon Ammons, Aniyah Edwards, Arianna Edwards, Amir Edwards, Maliyah Edwards, Robert Edwards Jr., Jaquan Edwards Lewis and Jaquez Edwards Lewis; maternal grandparents, Mary Roby and Michael Faison; paternal grandparents, John Bannerman and Wendy Edwards. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He has been reunited with his brother, Kareem Newkirk and his "Pop Pop", Robin Roby.
