Thomas Earl Morrisey

Faison - Mr. Thomas E. Morrisey, 70 of 117 Joe Sutton Rd. peacefully transitioned from this life to life everlasting Friday, December 18, 2020 at Vidant Duplin Hospital.

He is the son of the late Lincoln and Mildred Waters Morrisey and was born in Sampson County on February 10, 1950.

"Pee-Wee" as he was affectionally called by family and friends was a kind and gentle spirit.

Cherished memories will linger in the hearts of his beloved wife of 51 years, LaWanda G. Morrisey of the home; his daughter, Yolanda Stevens (Darryl) of Benson; two grandchildren, Darrius Stevens of Valdasta, GA and Diamond Stevens of Benson; seven siblings, Rev. Leslie Morrisey (JoAnn) of Clinton, Rev. Everlena Oliver (Rev. John) of Faison, Rev. Lila Mae Edwards (Michael) of Dunn, Henry Morrisey (Cassandra) of Fayetteville, Minister Milicent Bryant (Roderick) of Faison, Rev. Michael Morrisey (Denise) of Warsaw and Romona Broadhurst of Goldsboro; sister-in-law, Janice Morrisey of Florida and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he has been reunited with his sister, Gracie Morrisey and brother, Larry Morrisey.
