Albertson - Mr. Vance Oliver Bizzell Jr., 68 departed this life on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at his home.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he is the son of the late Vance Sr. and Doris Branch Bizzell.

Cherished memories will linger in the hearts of his siblings, Miriam Robinson and Minoso Bizzell (Carrie) of Albertson; aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
