Vinnie Mae Whitley

Warsaw - Mrs. Vinnie Mae Whitley, 90 of 176 First Baptist Church Rd. entered into eternal rest Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

Born in Duplin Co., she is the daughter of the late Sula Smith Faison and wife of the late Mark C. Whitley.

Her love and legacy will be cherished by her daughters, Peggy Green of Augusta, GA, Stella (John "Bob") Bowden of Bowden and Darlene Whitley of Warsaw; sons, Jimmy (Mattie) Whitley and Clark (Shirley) Whitley of Greensboro; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 8 great-greatgrandchildren; one brother, Overseer, Pastor Richard (Nell) Smith Sr. of Hephzibah, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her mother and husband, she has been reunited with her siblings, Nancy Carr and Thomas Carr.
