Mt, Olive - Mrs. Bettie Jean London, 76 of 513 E. Hillsboro St. transitioned Sunday, August 13, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on October 9, 1940 in Wayne Co., she is the daughter of the late Lester Aultmon Sr. and Kattie Lee Wallace Aultmon.

She leaves to cherish loving memories to her husband Earnest London of the home; five children, Jeffrey Aultman (Gwendolyn) of Dudley, Donna Clements (Darion Sr.) of Durham, Ray A, Blackmon of Goldsboro, Angela Shepherd ( Lester) of Durham and Kimberley F. Fletcher of Durham; four step-children, Patricia Ann Miller ( Ivory) of Pikeville, Mary Jean Herring (Larry) of Pikeville, Ernest Raynor (Keisha) of Mt. Olive and Laverne Raynor of Mt. Olive; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, nine step-grandchildren; eleven step-great grandchildren; ten siblings, Lester Aultmon Jr. (Edith) of Maryland, Viletha Aultmon of Hackensack, NJ, Brenda McGee (Leonard) of Louisiana, Aaron Aultmon (Mona) of Lithonia , GA, Deborah Aultmon of Hackensack, NJ, Jerry Aultmon (JoAnn) of Mississippi, Judy A. Hunt of Hackensack, NJ, Dexter Gerald Aultmon of Mt. Olive, Charetha Alston ( Danny) of Durham and Robin Clinton (Lester) of Goldsboro;mother-n-law, Henrietta Nicholson of Philadelphia; special nieces, Trisha Rogers (Harris) of Raeford and  Erica A. (Lamont) Armwood of Dudley; aunts, an uncle, other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, she has been reunited with her siblings, William Lee, Kattie Joyce, Douglas Leroy, Gregory and Joyce Regena; maternal grandparents, Rev. Dr. W.R. Wallace and Charity Mae Wallace and paternal grandparents, Aaron Aultmon and Ruth W. Aultmon.
